If you have a Mac Pro 1,1 or 2,1 running Yosemite or later, this ram kit works
It's super awesome how decommissioned server hardware allows for super cheap Mac Pro upgrades. If you have an old Mac Pro 1,1 (2006) or 2,1 (2007) model, this exact ram kit will work in it. Make sure the Mac Pro is running at least Mac OS 10.10+ (can be done using hacked boot.efi file, I'm running Mac OS 10.11.6). Mac Pro's running anything up to 10.7.5 can only recognize up to 32 GB due to EFI limitation. This exact ram kit, 2Rx4 type, will work perfectly. Do not get 4Rx4 for your Mac Pro, it will not work. This listing was an ideal example of what works.
