I bought 2 - one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Works great - have not had any problems whatsoever. As with any thermostat...follow the directions for install - it is easy to install but to have to be sure what type of system you have. Once I figured out the configuration of my system I literally put the 2nd system in less than 5 min. I love the internet app and how easy it is to do scheduling. Just having the feature to not have to switch to heat or cool (the thermostat does it automatically) in the same day makes it worth it! Love my Honeywell Smart WiFi
The NEW Honeywell SMART WiFi Internet Touchscreen Thermostat was delivered 10 after my order was submitted and after taking cursory look at the instruction, I removed the existing thermostat, tagged the wires with the tags provided. I then installed the unit, and registered it after logging on to the website, a real simple task. The complete process took about 20 minutes per unit. I was a bit impatient after the installation, however after waiting about 25 minutes, the outside temperature and humidity appeared on the screen. The customized screen color is a nice feature, I was able to match the room colors close enough. The application to monitor was quite easy to install on both my Apple and Android devices. I love this device, however one additional feature should be added, that is the ability to dim the screen at night, the bright screen is a bit overpowering.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Just love it. I'm in FL with a house in NH. Can adjust temp before adult children and grand kids go up for skiing so it's cozy when they arrive. AND can re-set it to lower if they forget to do so when they leave. It will text and email me when temp drops 3-degrees (adjustable) below set point. Plenty of time to call serviceman not like my security system which only senses 39-degrees in one point in the house. At that point somewhere else in the house will be below freezing. The Best Looking Wi-Fi Thermostat!
I had purchased one of these thermostats back in 2017. I loved the setup, the options, the ability to control it's use remotely, and the appearance! What I wished is that there was a way to have a remote sensor so that you could see temperatures in other rooms. Because I love this thermostat, I purchased three more to see other areas in my home, even though there is a newer thermostat (the T9) that allows additional remote sensors, I chose to buy the same thermostat I already had instead - it is a great product!
