The Flip-Pal 100C has a color and black and white scan speed of about 6 seconds per page, and the slowest possible scan speed for this flatbed scanner is about 11 seconds per page. This Flip-Pal scanner can support a variety of media types including 2-inch by 2-inch documents, A6 size documents, and business cards. Books, documents, and photos can be scanned on this device as well. It supports a maximum scan width of 4 inches and a maximum scan height of 6 inches. Scanned images on this Flip-Pal scanner are created in a JPG format and can be saved either to a compatible SD memory card or a PC/Mac via a USB connection. This scanner is compatible with machines running Windows XP, Vista, or 7 operating systems or Mac systems. Good scanner for hard to scan page sizes

This is actually my second purchase of a flip pal. The ability to lay it on top of a picture has been my favorite. No worries about taking an album apart to take a copy. Future digital back for analog camera
Does exactly as required. Plan to use it for a digital back on a 1950's vintage 4x5 camera as seen in Instructables.com. Should be an interesting adventure and a low buck way to take large format pictures and automatically convert them to digital.
