The KitchenAid KFP1333WH 13 Cup Food Processor with Mini Bowl, in white, features an external adjustable slicing disc. Gone are the days of stopping and removing the bowl to adjust the slicing disc thickness. Simply slide the easy access lever, from left to right, to adjust the slicing from thin to thick. Specially engineered speeds and cutting system process foods with ultimate precision. The Ultra Wide Mouth Feed Tube adjusts to 3 different widths, accepting many whole foods and various shapes for processing. Whole tomatoes, potatoes and cucumbers easily pass into the processor with minimal prep. The newly designed side handle offers comfort and allows for easy viewing in bowl when in use.

My THIRD food processor!
I have had two Cusinart food processor and had a problem with the plastic parts breaking. I feel this KitchenAid machine is lighter in weight, but better made. The size of the working bowls better fit my needs. The adjustable slicer is a great addition. I would definitely buy it again. The price was also very good.

I was looking for a larger processor and its big-- thats for sure. I got a refurbished one and it sounds like a jet engine revving up... Not sure it its supposed to be this way or not. More instant power would be good.. But it will mow up anything without a problem..
