Mostly great
I bought this fitness tracker because I wanted something simple that didn't look like an ugly cheap bulky plastic thing on your wrist. I also didn't want to pay a lot until I saw if I was really going to use it or not.I've been wearing it for about a month and I've had very few issues. At first it had a difficult time syncing to my phone, but that didn't last long. The sleep tracker is pretty accurate. I've only had 2 inaccuracies in the month. Both were times that I went to bed early to watch movies and it mistook my lack of movement for sleep. It was only off by 30 mins or so each time and the app allows editting to data. The activity monitor is really accurate and I haven't really had a problem with false steps. It's recommended to wear on your wrist of your non dominant hand to get the best accuracy. I also have it linked to my "Lose it" app so i dont have to enter my workout data manually and I get credit for my calories burned with the tracker bonus. It doesn't track yoga or weight lifting real well and if you want to track cycling you should clip it to your shoe for the best accuracy. The booklet and Misfit app show recommended wearing positions for different activities. The device itself is very sleek looking and doesn't look or feel cheap at all. It is made of a lightweight metal and is magnetic so thats something else to consider. I also like that you can buy metal bands or a pendant for it. It comes with a plain black wrist band and a magnetic clip for your shoe or waist or anywhere you feel comfortable wearing it. Great way to keep motivated
The misfit shine is easy to sync and use and is a great motivator for keeping active and fit. It is also fun to see the lights go around the face when you have killed your workout.
