At Home Canning for Beginners and Beyound
Enjoyable Video with Great Instructions on Canning and the use of the All American Pressure Cooker. The other day I purchased the All American 915 which encouraged me to buy this video. My wife was intimidated of using the Pressure Cooker until she watched this video with me and before the video was over she looked at me and said " Well that's easy" now she's ready to go! I'm so glad that I got this video because it has examples of Hot Water Canning and Pressure Cooking along with some recipes. The young Lady does a very good job explaining the process.
