    great yoga dvd set

    I didn't purchase it for the workout aspect, can't review it as such. I acquired this set because of the way travis explains the proper form, and to watch the flowing of one yoga pose into another. Travis is a little too spiritual for me . The set does a great job at grouping poses together, so they flow well. I would never have bought this set from the udaya site, way out of my price range, $50 is more along my lines. Great explainations, a few modified versions of poses, great flows from one pose into another.

    Awesome

    I love this set, it has a little bit of everything but it is hard. I don't mean they do crazy poses or anything like that the flow makes it a hard workout, even if you're an advanced exerciser trust me this flows will leave you exhausted but feeling really good and flexible.
