Almost No Resistance!
I was disappointed to discover there was almost no resistance to this machine. I thought this was weird as no one else mentioned this in the dozens of reviews I read prior to buying it. Even when using it on my arms, I was able to push this product with almost no effort on its highest setting. As I just began exercising again after a very long time, I found this lack of challenge pretty disappointing. very light and moveable
It does not hold in place, there is no real grip on the legs. They are just little lines across the bottom that are supposed to serve as 'grips onto the flooring'. I called for suggestions as to how to use it, with it slipping around, and was told that I should try the grips that people use to hold items in place like velcro. Exercise bike as leg strengthener
This exercise peddler was advertised as a post knee Surgical recovery tool to regain strength and flexibility. The pedals are jerky and with each jerk the pain travels through the leg. There needs to be something which smooth the pedals out so that there are no jerks.
