OEM part does not fit
Disappointed. I was warned to buy genuine mopar parts, and I checked the numbers several times. This part doesn't fit my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan sxt 3.6L flex. The expansion valve ac lines are different from mine; off by 1/8" or more. Also uses o-ring fitment where mine uses sealed washers. No way for me to modify the hardware clamp as it is affixed to the existing AC lines and can't be removed. The hold down stud is also smaller than mine (8mm vs 10mm stud.). Should have been my 1st clue not to go any further. There must have been a mfg change at some point. Even mopar site lists this part number as the replacement. So far, haven't found correct version / part number that matches my evap core and expansion valve. My alternative solution is to clamp off the lines and forget the rear AC. This should not have been a hard fix.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
