So far the motor seems to be on par with OE quality and power as well. Replacement was a royal PITA but that's because how Subaru designed their power window assembly. The new motor fit right in once I got the cross members and tracks out. Now that everything is hooked back up it operates like new. The motor is smooth and sounds like new, not noisy at all. I also really like that Dorman has a 10 year warranty, if this motor is gonna fail it will do it within 10 years I'm sure. Definitely would recommend.
