    Basic router at a basic price

    This is a DOCSIS 2.0 router. It is adequate for internet download speeds upto around 35Mbit/sec. Faster service requires DOCSIS 3.0. DOCSIS 2.0 uses different frequencies than 3.0, so it will be good to verify compatibility with your cable provider. It worked perfectly with Brighthouse service in Orlando, FL

    Could not get the correct speed out of it.

    I was replacing a similar Cisco brand modem. After several calls and speaking to 3 different techs could only manage to get up to 5mbps where as with the old one I was getting close to 20mbps. Did not use, still using the old one and paying Time Warner a monthly fee.

    I contacted you when I received the unit and told you it didn't work ....no power . You in turn gave me instruction on setting it up.. Well the power cord was bad . You never sent me a new cord..... I like the unit and I end up using my old cord . You need someone that understands ENGLISH or American English reading your e-mails....Ed
