Sandisk has been my go to digital storage in sd cards and flash drives. The flash drive is the start of a series to replace my bulky hard drives. I am using them to reduce the clutter on my desk. As they can be setup like file folders on a USB hub to sort files to certain flash drives. They also can be labeled for the content that is to be stored on them. It also cuts the noise pollution down a lot in the room.

Take my music off YouTube, convert the audio track to mp3, load it onto the flash drive and plug it into the USB port in my Buick. For this purpose, it works very well. Feels sturdy. Dim drive activity light - have to look close to see if it's doing anything. Big bummer that out of 128 GB there is only 116 GB available to use; but, I use it for a diagnostic utility drive so I have plenty of space to add Linux distros as well as Windows utilities. Since my laptop only has usb 2.0, there wasn't any need to buy faster usb 3.0. Gave five stars because I've used SanDisk in the past and they have been reliable so there was no reason to give a lower rating based on a few dislikes.

It didn't work would only do 45 gig of data I was using windows XP and I was told it had to be formatted in a different format that wouldn't work on XP professional so what was the sense of having it if you have windows XP on your computer I recommend not buying !!!!!
