Non Nikon Lens Hood HB-50
It is much less expensive than the Nikon hood. It has all the markings on that tells where to locate it when putting it on or off. It works just as well as the Nikon hood, but that is not saying much as the Nikon hood is the worst Nikon product I have ever owned.

Nikon replacement lens hood
Practical replacement hood for my Nikon zoom lens. Has the necessary markings and costs way less then then the Nikon unit. Neither the Nikon nor this hood is of great construction. However it does come with a great price and ets the job done.
