Works great and easy to clean.
I like the fact that you can attach a grinder to do the turning for you and remove the blades for easy cleaning. I use this mixer for making 50 lb batches of smoked sausage. It works fine. I don't understand why a 60 lb mixer is only rated to handle 45 lbs of meat. In order to handle 50 lbs of meat I had to buy an 80 lb mixer. Why don't they rate them where a 60 lb mixer would handle 60 lbs of meat????

I am very dissatisfied. The meat container is all one piece with the frame and therefore does not overturn for the emptying process. This operation is very tiring as to perform it you have to lift the whole machine and overturn it, in fact two people are needed. Moreover, to send it back I was charged the astronomic figure of about ninety dollars. In the future I will be wary of buying goods from this company.

Great mixer.
Exactly what I was looking for it mixes sausage better than expected. With 40lbs of meat it's very hard to crank but after hooking it up to My grinder it work amazing.
