This is a great sinewave UPS for my needs. Had a power outage just the other day and the UPS saved me from loosing my office work and allowed me to stay connected to the router/internet so I could safely save everything. A lot of power supplies need a perfect sinewave waveform of power input, which a lot of past UPS's dont do when on battery power. This one does output a perfect sinewave while on batery power. And it is extremely instant, so there is not a skip of a beat to anything pluged into the backup side when utility power is lost.
