Great - with 2 AAA batteries worked out of the box!

Wow! It works!
I am totally amazed and satisfied that this remote worked EXACTLY as described on my 19 year old power rise blind! It is much better quality than the original and takes two batteries instead of the three my old one took which was a major issue with it from the start. Replacing the remote fixed the problem! The shade works now!
When my Hunter Douglas shade quit working when using the remote, the Hunter Douglas place said I had to get a new one. Luckily, before I ordered that, a friend told me I could get a new remote even though the shade is over 20 years old. Never occurred to me that I could do that! Happily, when it arrived, I put in two new batteries, and it's been working like a charm every since. Saved myself buying a $900 shade by buying a new remote on ebay!
