These are a plus for any bike rider out there. At first i was a little hesitant about spending the extra money on these over rubber. But i do not regret it they are so much more comfortable. They are a little difficult to put on i had to use a little shop and some pushing and twisting and had to readjust a little after the first ride. But they stay in place perfectly. The one thing i do regret is not getting the thicker version . I used to install ODI or Lizardskin grips until a few years ago when I discovered ESI Chunky Grips. They are the best I have used, the don’t slip even after a sweaty ride, and I can even ride without gloves if I want. Even grippy in the rain and mud. Easy to install with rubbing alcohol. The only real downside it that they the ends will get torn if you hit a tree - and they will get beat up if you crash. But for the price it’s no big deal to replace them.
