A Great Card for Streaming Video
The Quadro cards are a good match for the HPZ workstations especially the ones that use Xeon processors. If your not trying to win the frame rate wars or bragging rights then a 5yr old HP Xeon workstation matched to a Quadro FX380, FX580, or 600 will give you an affordable media system that's rock solid and built to last. They also happen to be energy efficient. Anything up through blue ray looks great. Systems for 4K video and above may require more modern and much more expensive equipment. Until the local internet providers can provide service with a lot more bandwidth than they do now USB, SSD drives and DD4 memory can't improve my streaming quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
