This linear actuator exceeded my expectations in terms of build quality. It is all metal and feels very heavy duty. The built-in limit switches work perfectly. I have been using this daily for the past couple weeks to open and close a chicken coop door. So far this linear actuator has worked flawlessly. I would purchase this product again if I ever have a need for another.

I wasn't aware that the linear actuator would be run by a remote control. I've got it hooked up & it seems to work fine, although I notice a power indicator light stays on on the controller box, so now I'm going to have to install a disconnect switch to keep from running my battery down.
