Nothing is wrong about it. It is fast, quiet, small, and I have another like it that I purchased long enough ago to know that they last under very heavy use. Since this one will be used to maintain security video storage, THAT is important!

It's a shame they don't offer the primary color drives anymore (except for the "clunky" oversized squarish drives), but these are a nice alternative for my collections. Score so far: A++

I took a chance buying it as "refurbished" and I knew that, but I've bought refurbished things before and had no problem. But this external hard drive doesn't work at all. It's making a clicking noise, that's all. Not showing up on my laptop. I'm really disappointed, I hate having to return things. ☹ I've had it for a couple weeks now just laying on my desk and just now got to trying to use it. Wish I had sooner.
