Great quality and price Vitamin C from Swanson. Swanson vitamins/supplements are just as good if not better than Sundown or Nature's Way products. These 1000mg tablets are big, but I usually take 2-500mg tablets a day and these 1000mg are nice just being able to take one. I get good results from all Swanson products.
