I have only been using this product for a week, but I want you to know it works. Before using it my legs would cramp up and my left ankle and foot would swell up something awful. Well let me tell you, I no longer get leg cramps. My ankle and foot still swells, although nowhere near as much before using Juvenon Blood Flow-7.
