chain comes with hooks instead of loops to install on the hoop.,.,.,which means you need a pair of pliers to "squeeze" the hooks closed to prevent them from coming off in future.,.,and i didnt squeeze one hard enough and it came off after only 4-5 baskets were made.,.,so i had to get ladder back out and make sure all were closed/squeezed tightly,.
