Honeywell 5821 Temp/Flood Sensor
Works as described. Follow the instructions and it is easy to set up. I am using as a flood sensor to monitor my sump pump well to detect a sump pump failure. Temperature senor is a bonus but not of much value in a basement where it would be difficult to have the temperature fall below 45 degrees, even in the winter.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Second one I have installed myself
This is a very easy to install device that when connected to the FB280 flood sensor, provides me fairly cheap piece of mind for flood detection. I connected the two and set it behind my fridge since I recently had over 26K in water damage. It was very easy to add it to my Lynx7K system in the program mode (I installed the entire system myself so I am familiar with it). I have one in the basement now and one behind the Fridge and they are set to 24 hour monitor meaning you do not have to have the system in armed mode to detect water or temp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
