Should have gotten a new one.
Heater works now. Drivers Seat heater no longer works after the install, and the fan inside the unit runs constantly. To ensure it wasn't firing up after opening the door, I left the window open over night, and that little fan inside the control unit is still running. Pulls about 319milli amps all the time. Probably would have been best to get a new one. But, it's winter, and the heater works now.
