Overall it was a great gripping read. I almost feel as I go through the chronicles each book gets a little less captivating. Lestat becomes obsessed with Dora, Rogers daughter and at the same time is compelled by the devil himself. The ending was pretty expected. However, I was very sad to see Armand just taken out like that abruptly. It almost seemed lazy writing to be honest. Overall, good read though. I would recommend it!

I am not fully into all of the vampire chronicles, but I was given this book to read because I am a very open minded person. It was a very intriguing book, that opened my views and mind pretty far. Its nice to use this kind of imagination. Anne rice- memnoch the devil seems to be a great book.
The best book. Anne Rice is a talented author with style and above any otherfiction novelist. Highly recommended. Greatly enjoyed many times over.
This novel by Anne Rice is the just one of many in her Vampire Chronicles. Memnoch the Devil challenges readers to view the struggle between Good and Evil (God and the Devil) through a different paradigm. It's a great thinkers book, and I hope it will appeal to you readers.
