Convenient
This headset is easy to use and the sound quality is good. The only thing that I don't like about it is the way the rubber ends fit into my ear. I purchased these to use during my cardio workouts. When I sweat they tend to fall out of my ears because of how slippery they become. I also don't like that type of fitting in my ear. I prefer the type that have the plastic shell that goes over your ear so that it insures that they don't fall out. Other than that, they are easy to sync to my device, the audio quality is good and when I'm speaking to someone on the phone the microphone audio quality is good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Item is a Fake knock off
Search the box bar code info is missing and official FCC information and serial number is missing, I had the older ORIGINAL LG and the battery would last a 3 days of heavy use. This knock off wont last 1/2 day of heavy use. when listening to music and switching to a call the synthesized voice becomes extremely slowed down when announcing the call pointing to a weak processor used for the headsets. the item works but its inferior to the Original productVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Loving the LG Tone Infinim!
I have had the LG Tone Pro for awhile and loved it. However, the LG Tone Infinim is even better! I love that I'm able to retract the ear buds and keep the wires safe when not in use, which is the reason my LG Tone Pro stopped working;broken wires. It's lighter than anticipated so it makes me feel it's not sturdy however it's more comfortable around my neck than the Pro. The clarity of sound is excellent and the placement&design of the buttons is great. They are also quite stylish. I am very happy with them. The import copy is better quality than the Original
So yes in all honesty I now own three pairs of the $14 knock-offs, where as this Genuine LG cost $45 and was flimsy did not have a solid charge port, the sound was tenny the earbud leashes were not quite long enough, and most importantly the microphone did not work. The knock-off version is no-where perfect all these companies need to go to Plantronics and take some notes then go back to the drawing board and create something that Germans and Americans would be proud to own.
