Amazing Optiplex 780
This little Optiplex is amazing. Granted it does not have the power of a full fledged gaming machine but I have several gaming machines already. When it arrived, the hard drive was disconnected so it was a simple thing to hook it up. To my surprise, this 780 just flies. The appearance is outstanding. It looks brand new, save a few scrapes on the cover. There is a lot of room inside the case so air flow should be good. I am totally happy with my purchase and I plan on using this little gem for a long time to come.

The unit appears and functions as brand new in every way. Not even a speck of dust inside the unit. Could not be happier. The unit was shipped with Microsoft Vista installed instead of Microsoft Windows 10. That does not matter. I will be using a different OS anyway.

Slow and erratic.
Just set this up last week for my sister. I had many problems, some not relater to the PC, some maybe were. I will have her call her "guru" this week and see if he can analyze it better. It is slow for ??? reason. Microsoft Edge will not load properly - the pages will blank and return two or three times, then give an error message. Google Chrome does not do this but is slow.

I need an XP Computer to run an Old Program.
I need an XP computer so that I can load Microsoft VisualC++6.0 on the computer and it works. VisualC++6.0 will not work on Windows 7 or later operating system. Thus, I must run VisualC++6.0 on an XP computer. These older computers are slow and often have problems. However, they work for me and I'll deal with these issues.
