At&t store wouldn't let me in so i had to order this sim online since old phone was micro and new one is nano sim. I stuck it in the new phone and entered the required numbers on the at&t prepaid website and was up and running. The only snag i hit was that the phone had to be powered off and then back on for the phone to link to the network after initial setup on the website. Had to google why the phone was saying no mobile network found. Customer service people at At&t kept telling me the only way to keep my number and activate a new sim was to go inside a store, which is false. I still have the same phone number i've had for 17 years.

The SIM card for AT&T worked perfectly.I merely installed the SIM card in the new phone I had purchased, registered the SIM and phone's MEI # on AT&T's site, and within minutes I was making phone calls. I would highly recommend this SIM card to everyone.

No issues. Replaced my standard SIM to the nano SIM for my new cell phone. Just called AT&T support to move my number to the ne SIM

This was the wrong SIM Card for the phone, right size, wrong number did not work. Because it was cheap, it was not worth sending it back.
