Can't live without it
I have a disability with use of one arm and neck. To do anything while on the phone I can't get it done holding the phone. I need the headset to get it done! The Panasonic brand is great. Durability could be improved. I need a new one about every 1 year to 18 months. Aside from that I can easily talk on my Panasonic landline phone because it has the headphone plug. Works just as advertised
I'm very happy with the two headphones I ordered. The sound quality on my end is really excellent and I can be heard with no problems at all. The only issue I have is that the headband is a little difficult to adjust. It takes a minute of maneuvering until the band and the microphone are correctly and comfortably positioned. This Panasonic headset has only the most basic features but I'm quite pleased with the quality of sound and comfort of the unit. Callers can hear me well and it performs great with my cordless phone. At a fraction of the price of the higher end bluetooth headsets, this sturdy unit is a fantastic alternative particularly if you don't mind the cord (I don't) and can clip your cordless phone to your hip (I can). Lightweight, good sound quality and very adjustable
The sound quality is good and it's very light so it's comfortable to wear for long periods. The adjustable handle lets it fit different size heads; I even use it when I'm wearing a cap. Okay for home use but not for Official use
I work from home 4 days a week so use this for office conference calls. I have 2 issues with this : a) headphone sound is too loud - but not crisp - more bass and less treble b) the movable mic part has to be exactly in front of your mouth - little bit here & there it moves - I have people complaining on the other end that they hear me far away. Best phone head set ever!
I'm on my second one of these having worn out the first. I work from home and am on the phone several hours a day. I love that this headset fits nicely on my head, and the adjustable mic stays where you put it. The ear piece is comfortable, and the sound and voice quality are excellent. If you need a corded headset to use with your phone, look no further. This is it. This headset comes standard with the smaller 2.5 mm plug, which interfaces fine with my cordless phone's handset. I also have a 3.5mm adapter so I can even use this with my cell phone. Look for something else
Sound quality is poor both listening and what comes across. Spend the extra and get a GE Universal All In one with the jacks included for phone, computer, and cell phone. Not a good quality product.
I receive nothing but complaints about the being able to hear me on the headset. I can hear the caller just fine, but often i must speak extra loud in order for them to hear me.
