I have a disability with use of one arm and neck. To do anything while on the phone I can't get it done holding the phone. I need the headset to get it done! The Panasonic brand is great. Durability could be improved. I need a new one about every 1 year to 18 months. Aside from that I can easily talk on my Panasonic landline phone because it has the headphone plug. So it is like a packaged deal. Mic has good noise reduction. I recommend.

I'm very happy with the two headphones I ordered. The sound quality on my end is really excellent and I can be heard with no problems at all. The only issue I have is that the headband is a little difficult to adjust. It takes a minute of maneuvering until the band and the microphone are correctly and comfortably positioned. And your hair gets a little adjusted in the process. :-) But all in all it's very good product for an excellent value.

I have 2 issues with this : a) headphone sound is too loud - but not crisp - more bass and less treble b) the movable mic part has to be exactly in front of your mouth - little bit here & there it moves - I have people complaining on the other end that they hear me far away. Sound quality is poor both listening and what comes across. Spend the extra and get a GE Universal All In one with the jacks included for phone, computer, and cell phone. That is clean sound and mute with volume in line. This has lousy ear pad, sound is not good, just not worth it.
