I’m quite satisfied with this product. It is clearly marked with Apple’s etching of “Designed by Apple in California Assembled in Vietnam” with the model number and a 12-digit serial number at the end of this text. This clearly is proof that it is indeed an authentic Apple product. This makes me feel really good in knowing that I’m only using genuine accessories with my genuine Apple iPhone. The sound quality is amazing with just the right amount of bass level to really emphasize the music but with out drowning out any other tones. To me, there just isn’t anything better than the kind of sound quality you get in genuine Apple EarPods for listening to music. Like all other earbuds, it is challenging to store them and get them out when you need them because the thin wires get tangled. But these were not expensive and they work as well as others. Wish they could design a box for them where its not a puzzle to figure out how to wind them up and get the top of the box to fit on.

I got these and I thought they were the best thing ever. They sounded just like my old pair that I got with my iPhone. I bought these to replace my old pair that I lost, I wanted these because they fit really well and I use the remote & Mic all the time, so I wanted that feature. They worked great but now I'm upset because I have taken really good care of these and the remote and mic quit working so now I have to get another set... The items came in and the packaging look like they are genuine apple products but when I compared them to my ipod touch headphones they don't sound as good (less bass). I'm thinking these are probably knock offs. If you want genuine products just buy from Apple or a local retail store that sells apple products. I thought I got a good deal on these but I guess you get what you pay. I'm not going to purchase anymore genuine apple headphones on ebay because I just can't seem to get the genuine product even though they state that they are. Unless iPhone headphones are not as good as ipod touch headphones but I don't think that is the case here.

So far the headphones seem great. They have great sound quality just like the original apple headphones, but of course they aren't. The cord seems really thin and easy to damage though. I guess I'll see how long they last. Overall I can't complain because the price is really good.

The only reason I took one star off is because I use these at work and when moving around alot the 3.5 mm plug has a tendency to disconnect with my phone and I have to unplug and plug back in to get connection again. Works great if not moving around with your phone in your pocket and putting alot of stress on the plug connection with bending and movement of body.

My daughter takes good care of her electronics and we seen these because her other ones quit that she had for along time. When we first received them they worked good. After three weeks one of the ear buds quit working for no reason. They didn't get wet, she didn't have them anywhere they would get damaged, as I said she took good care of them. But...box "apple" earbuds came in is not embossed with Apple logo, sound quality what you should expect from inexpensive earbuds, (tinny, low bass, no "surround sound" or bounce from one ear drum to other), earbuds do not fit in ears as well as Apple earbuds. So...good deal for the cost, yes. BUT, if you are expecting, as written "genuine Apple earbuds, you will be disappointed.

These Earpods are alright. Not great. I am not sure if they are real or not. Everything indicates they are, but the buttons on the cable do not work correctly. I am not sure if that is an Android/Mac problem or not, but I do not use that now since it is not right. Volume definitely does not work. And the only way to pause/start songs is to mash all the buttons until something happens. So I use my phone controls. My first Earpods I had (that came with a Mac product) worked a lot better. Otherwise, they feel the same, sound the same. The mic does work, but once again, I use it after accepting the call from the phone. I just expected these to be expensive knockoffs. I suppose they are, but I am not sure so I am not that upset. If it were not for the buttons, I would say they are just fine. It took FOREVER for them to come in the mail though.Read full review
