Not all meets the eye.
Not all glass as some have indicated. I purchased this inexpensive filter set in order to place the UV and circular polarizing filters in front of a security camera with a sensitive Starlight CMOS sensor and replacement lense with a lower F-stop that is facing towards the sun. The plan was to mount these filters to a thin bracket and use the mounting ring from the ND filter to secured the pair from the back side. After relentlessly trying to unscrew the ND filter from it's threaded mount and failing miserably I decided to add some heat to loosen the locking ring. It doing so the filter melted(therefore not glass) as well as the locking ring. Not a problem as I was only planning use of the mounting ring(which is metal). I do not know if the UV and/or polarizing filter is glass so buyer beware.All that said, it worked perfectly for my application as this is not high end photography just a 2K camera.

One thing I like is that the filter is made of GLASS. Easy to maintain and besides protecting the lens from UV also protects the lens from scratches/dirt/grime/finger prints etc. Also the ND4 filter and the CPL work really well with my lens. ND4 off by >1000x, poorly executed
Cheap set in convenient case, but word to the wise: the ND4 filter provides nowhere near the expected amount of attenuation -- judging from adjustments to shutter speed with and without the filter, it's actually much closer to an optical density of 0.4 than 4.0, so it transmits >1000x more light than you might otherwise anticipate. Too bad :/ You can also tell from the packaging that it's not a well-executed product -- notice that the box on the 77mm set says "ND8" instead of "ND4", and the "ND8" label is even photoshopped onto the wrong filter (notice it's the rotatable CPL filter mount not the static non-rotatable mount like the others).
