This is the second 'used Dell laptop' that I've purchased over the years and this meets my need of casual browsing, email, etc. One of the unexpected features is that it runs very cool. I've only had the cooling fan come on once after watching a long video. This is a plus. When my wife is ready to upgrade her 'old Dell', I'll be looking for another one of these.

It is used so I knew what I was getting. But in the future I will only get a Laptop with a Keypad(for numbers) and has a 15.6in screen. Otherwise it is fast and the touchscreen is just like my Lenovo. In the future, I think I will just get an advanced Lenovo Flex with the speed of this computer.
