These track just push right together. Very nice. The screw holes are made for wood screws. Trains seem to love this track too. I use a few types of track together, and these are my favorites. You can quickly set up a track and connect power to almost any track. There are tracks to connect this to tubular or Superstreets. Options options. Have fun all.

Have spent lot of money on fast track changing from the old O gage and O 27...but finding any little twist or drop the fast track looses power on track and train stops...also comes loose. I have two lines running trains that I never have problems with....none are screwed down and never have problem with them...Constant problem with fast track...and with the old track can cut and put in pins anyplace...not so with the fast track adding lot of dollars for various size track to get some of the loops to work...also not as easy to hook up the transformer...

I purchased this smaller radius track for a Christmas display where floor space is a premium and realism is not as important as it is on a larger, permanent layout where larger radius track appears more realistic. Of course FASTRACK stays connected so it works great for temporary layouts.

The 031 curves I received do not lock together well. Due to an extremely minor factory defect, the rails extend over the edge of the plastic just enough to prevent a perfect lock between parts. I had to grind down the rails to get the tracks to even partially lock. Once I screw the tracks to the surface, the issue will be resolved bit until then the tracks continue to separate.
