I have owned two of the Epever Tracer MPPT controllers. This one i...s OK for higher current, but will not go into MPPT unless the solar panel is above 1 amp. Solar panel OCV is about 70VDC. At 1 amp output from the solar panel the controller acted like a PWM control and held the voltage at about 14.5 volts, (about 15W). As the current climb to about 1.2A, suddenly the voltage climbed to 40VDC at about 1.1 amps, (44W), now acting as a MPPT controller. I also have the Tracer1215BN 10A unit and it works the same. This is a 150V rated controller at 130W. If you connect panels in series to get 130V @ 130W output is will never go into MPPT mode, totally useless controller. You get what you pay for --
