Shimano SPD Clip Less Pedal System.
I have ridden Bicycles for 50+ years. I have owned a few pairs of High-End Italian Cycling Shoes with LOOK style pedals. They were always a pain to walk in after dismounting the Bicycle. Have owned a pair of the Answer Sidi SPD Compatible Mountain Biking Shoes for a number of years. The Shimano SPD Cleat System is very well designed, easy to walk in the shoes while off of the bicycle and the Shimano Pedals are Double-Sided making it super easy to Clip-in and Go!
