Effective!
We had a smaller dog that no ultrasonic device would work on her barking. We already use Dogtra training collars, and thought we would give this a try. Worked and continues to work great. Consistency is the key. She still wears the collar, and we have not had to go over setting 3. This collar is for our new very obstinate small dog. Easy to use and works well
I have several dogs and have tried many different no-bark collars over the years. The YS300 dogtra collar is the best collar we have. It is easy to turn on/ off and very easy to adjust the sensitivity. I would highly recommend this collar. It Works!
This actually works! I've purchased several cheaper options, that did not measure up. This one really does. It has several settings, which are at different shock intensities. My dog did not adjust his behavior until I turned up the intensity, so I'm really happy about this feature. It also has a warming vibration before a shock, and this feature has really trained my dog to discontinue barking before he gets shocked. I only use the collar on walks outdoors, and he is at the point now that he doesn't bark more than once. The warning vibration is enough to calm him. I should also note that he is not afraid of the collar. I like to reinforce his good quiet behavior with treats, so he still loves his walks and treats along the way!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
