Works good but takes a little work
The docking station works well but be prepared to do a little work. I had to go to displaylink and download their drivers because the Dell drivers didn’t work. And I’m glad I ordered one with the Power supply because 1) I had to use it, and 2) it’s different than the standard Dell latitude laptop power supply. Lots of people sell it without a power supply and make it sound like the power plug is a standard Dell laptop power supply, well I’ve had 3 Dell laptops and all use the same power supply plug and the docking station power supply plug isn’t the same.

Reliable and easy to use
Performs exactly as advertised. Convenient and easy way to give your laptop additional screens. I specifically wanted the benefit of 2 HDMI ports. The headphone port and extra USBs are helpful too. Only downside is that it does not charge my laptop, but this isn't a big deal for my purposes.

Perfect device that uses your normal USB to output to display
This tool uses a USB port as an output of display.... Legendary!! No need for vga to HDMI adapters!!! Its page 1 of startup is perfect. Drivers available on second link that they give. Three screens up in a hurry on Windows 8! Additionally, usb port extension and earphones. You could avoid ever adding peripherals directly to your laptop with this. However, Linux users are in for a hard time. Ubuntu drivers don't work and I am still struggling. Ubuntu drivers are there... but don't seem to work. Windows is ok!!

It works and will solve your problem!
It will solve your problems for multiple monitor use. I have tried those dongles in best buy and the problem is, you still need a power source. To invest into a usb c charger as well can add up. Going this direction was the best option for this dock and it works. Besides the fact I purchased it used. It usually sits on your office table anyway. So for something to go wrong is probably rare or none.
