I've always loved Sony ever since I've played the original Playstation. Im excited about a lot of the original games being re released for this one, so I knew I had to have it. Sony has great product; even now this is being typed on a Sony phone.

This is a good system, but you can't save anything to it. This is a great console for gaming and blurays, but the designers of it dropped the ball on a few things. The PS3 was better in one regard. You could simply connect a USB flash drive to it and save all of your videos, pictures, music and files to it. Then you could open the videos, pics, music etc any time directly from the console. The designers of the PS4 for some reason neglected to allow the PS4 to do this! It was a big detraction from it once I started using it. It was a huge disappointment. You can only view those files if your USB is connected to the PS4. There is no way to save the videos, pics, music or files to your PS4 hard drive. A simple update patch would allow this. I don't know why Sony hasn't done this. It seems like a given that this would be allowed. The PS3 is better than the PS4 in this regard. You can't use it as a media device, unless you connect your USB flash drive to it every time you want to open those files. Other than that, it is a great system. I am not sure why they didn't make the PS4 an Ultra-HD bluray disc player either. That was a huge selling point of the PS4 that it included bluray when bluray was a new feature. The PS4 should've included UHD-Bluray playback similarly when it was a new feature. My TV isn't UHD, so it isn't an issue for my current configuration, but it would've been a smart choice for them. I love the PS4 in every other regard though. It is awesome for gaming graphics and bluray. The bluray player seems near identical to the PS3 bluray playback, but maybe there is a graphics difference on bluray. I never compared them head to head. A good buy if you have a PS3, but be ready to NOT be able to save your files to it. If that isn't a problem, you will love this. It has USB 3.0, so it can playback files almost instantly when connected to a USB flash drive. It may not be an issue for a lot of people. I was annoyed by it and griped to Sony when I first go this. I guess it's not a huge deal though to a lot of people since you can play the files quickly from your USB flash drive. :)Read full review

This was a waste of money and time their no valueble part that were useable. For $ 100 you think that you would get some useful parts not this one bad motherboard bad harddrive and cd drive did not work the only this that worked was the power which cost $ 25. I would not recommend this product unless you just want to give money away. Even if it is sold as is at least let it of value to the consumer.

It was worth the price! The games are fun. I enjoy the console for it's video/movie features also. As my cousin used to say, "It's cool bean!"
