I've always loved Sony ever since I've played the original Playstation. Im excited about a lot of the original games being re released for this one, so I knew I had to have it. Sony has great product; even now this is being typed on a Sony phone.

Didnt expect it to still have more than one profile on it and a whole bunch of data. I had to wipe the whole system, which wasn't a problem but still I shouldn't have to do it. Overall, the system is great there's nothing wrong with it, it's blemishes are barely noticeable and it acts like I brought a brand new system.

It came so much sooner than expected and everything was well packaged, everything included was pretty clean, the console was a little dusty but easy clean up. Everything works perfectly, and is pretty much brand new. The only problem I had was that the R1 button on the controller was broken, but it was an easy fix. All in all I'm very impressed with this seller.

I got my station quickly and had no issues with the seller. The PS4 works great and didn’t seem to have any issues. The only negative thing I had to say about this purchase was one of the controllers. The black controller has been working great but the white controller’s buttons didn’t seem to work. I’ve tried using the controller and charging it to see if that will help, but it hasn’t shown any signs that the buttons work. This was a little bit of a disappointment but seeing that I can do just fine with one controller, I’m not upset. Overall I’m happy with this purchase!

The PS4 showed up in really good condition. All cords, cables, and controller were all packaged very nicely the only gripe that I have is that the previous owner did not remove their account from the system and do a factory restore. This caused issues for me when I went to set up my son's account on the system, because the old owners account was registered as the parental account and had parental locks on that I was not able to bypass because I did not have a password to do so. I did a little research and was able to figure out how to boot the system into safe mode, which allowed me to do a full factory reset and remove the prior owners account from the system. Now all is good, and my son is absolutely loving that he has his own PS4 in his room now. I would rate this item five stars if it had not been for the extra hoops I had to jump through while setting the system up for my son. Read full review
