Great if you are subscribing to a very good internet provider..
This is the best wireless camera system out there.. BUT.. You do have to have a very good internet signal to your house.. My neighbor has the exact system and his arlo does not work properly but it is because his internet is awe full.. This is a great system for the money. For outdoor use it far surpasses Nest cameras. Also you get 7 days video recording for free vs only snapshots from Nest and only for 4 hours. To be fair this is my first experience with an in home, self contained camera. Do your research. I would not refer to Arlo as a "security system". The film clarity is good but that is it.
