For those who prefer to sew more traditional outfits for a child or grandchild, this pattern is ideal. The dress lines are simple; the instructions are clear and concise. The pinafore is a plus. There is still a place for more traditional clothing in a child's life. Fortunately, eBay is replete with such patterns, not only from those who keep to the heirloom needle arts, but also those commercially-produced patterns from bygone days. While pattern companies do occasionally toss in a "vintage from archives" pattern or two, the largest selection of originals (many uncut and factory folded!) can be found on the secondary market such as eBay.
