Great Picture, but hard to set-up and use.
If you are NOT into modern technology, you will find this TV a real headache to use. Too much "geek" stuff to go through to use and it gets real frustrating. Very poor instruction manual and figuring out the various functions is problematic. The phone support is not much help here as well. Being a xfinity customer, the Hisense remote did NOT work, and I ended up having to transfer all remote functions to my old Comcast remote in order to change channels. The 'Mirror" function that is suppose to copy what is on your phone, computer etc., did not work. For the SIZE and PICTURE quality (4K) it is a great buy, but again if you can get the same quality with a simple easy to use, turn on and watch TV, go with it instead. Had I not attached the unit to the wall, and know that I had to pay for return shipping, I probably would have returned this Hisense. This is an HONEST opinion from a senior, non-tech old guy. I am not knocking this product, as it would be great for younger computer smart buyers.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
