FANTASTICAL PRODUCT !
I really like THIS Garden of Life product: Raw Organic Meal (meal replacement drink). I like the vanilla flavor. I have used this product for years. For many years, I put a scoop in 8 oz. of water. Recently, I started putting it in 8 oz. of whole milk ... this fills me up more and for a longer period of time. Other reasons this product is good for me are: it is dairy free (I'm lactose intolerant; it is easy to digest (I have digestion problems; there is no added sugar (I'm sensitive to sugar & don't like how it makes me feel); it is organic (I started eating organic quite a few years ago); it's a healthy meal on the go (During these Coronavirus times, I'm not able to drink liquids whenever I want due to having to wear a respirator mask while working ... so like yesterday, I had to go from one job to another with no time in between ... so I had my 8 oz. of lactose free milk and my scoop of Raw Meal & felt charged up & ready to go!).
