The idea of creating a tramway is entertaining. And N scale trams are cool/cute to have as a model railroad collector. But this unitram track system/panels are not really stable. Panels/track connectors are not really steady or fitting and keep falling off. The funniest part is that one has to connect all panels/tracks & power connectors by turning these panels upside down. But when you try to turn them up to run a tram, there you will face the annoying issue with connection between panels being loose, detached etc. For me, it is better to run a tram on KATO unitracks than on this.

The ram baseplate and track section are durable and make very good electrical contact when snapped together! The tram train operates very smoothly without any derailments.
