Nice device with some issues.
It boots slower than previous models. The power settings are bizarre, to go into high power mode which can only be used plugged in without the battery, requires a reboot. And then later if you power on with the battery, it will boot and then force a second reboot to go back to the lower power level. Not much of an issue except that it takes 2+ minutes to reboot and acquire the network. When traveling, I want power it and use it. Not power on, go for a pee and coffee and then come back and get to work. You can't switch to LTE only in the web gui but have to use the phone app to do so. I find 5G drains the battery quicker I like the device, it is step up in performance from the MR1100. Netgear/ATT need to focus on keeping it simple. It is a more versatile hotspot than other hotspots on the market. One thing that bothered me is that ATT refused to unlock it. I bought the device outright and they won't let me use my device on other networks? They didn't have issues with other hotspots I bought in the past. Makes me want to cancel my data plan and move to friendlier carrier, sad after being with them since 2010. Thankfully there is a paid and free option to unlock it. Google is your friend.
