Tinnitus sufferers seem to get varying degrees of relief, but all get at least some. This product seems to help reduce (but not completely eliminate) the ringing, hissing, roaring and/or buzzing suffered by my significant other. This, taken along with lipoflavenoids of any stripe, works far better than most Rx.
