Fixed a audio problem that's been eluding me for months
My Xbox360 and Sony Blu ray player send low level digital audio signals through HDMI cables with no way to adjust the volume. On longer hdmi cables (25' and longer) the video was fine but the audio would cut in and out. I tried multiple brands of video distribution and hdmi amplifiers but nothing worked. I saw this amp on Ebay and thought I'd giver it a shot. I purchased 2 of them and connected them between the xbox and Sony player and the longer cables. They worked like a charm and solved the problem. THe only minor drawback is that they require 24Vdc which is not a common power source.
