This is a great little goose neck 1L kettle , takes about 4 minutes to get up to tempature (3500 ft.) I have really been enjoying it to make pour over. For a one liter I believe this is one of best on the market at this time . Overall, i am really satisfied with the kettle. It is well built, easy to use. My only concern is that at high temperature (around 90 Celsius) it boils the water over the set temperature.
